A-Star Team
A couple of weeks ago I decided to make the vast wall in my bed room like a white board. The difference is I use A4 papers and a marker to write things down and tape it onto the wall using Blutack. You have seen a previous post where I listed down a hypothesis of mine regarding the student market.
Also on my wall is a list of problems facing SexyFoodie. These are my learning points from the biz:
Truth be told, SexyFoodie is not really taking off. Perhaps it is down to me not putting in enough effort to market it properly. Perhaps part of it is me not really testing things out with a minimum viable product using the Lean Startup methodology. But also chief on the list is the lack of a strong team.
I am now assembling a new A-Star team to embark on a project to pivot slightly away from the SexyFoodie concept. It is still in the student industry no doubt. I am determined to crack this fragmented student market. I have been obsessed with this since I was 15 years old. I MUST make this work.
