Mood Tracker
At about the same time as I started blogging on my entrepreneurship journey over here, I also decided to start tracking my mood on a daily basis to see how I am affected with the day-to-day running of a company. I know on some days I am very happy and on some days I can be very down because of a bad news. But I never really tracked it before to see how it would look like on a graph. Here’s how the graph of my mood looks like after about 2 weeks.
I am using MercuryApp to track my mood. It prompts me to log my mood every weekday at 7pm via an email sent to me. It’s mainly used for working people to log their mood after work I suppose. It’s kinda good because I tend to forget to log my mood but the email serves as a good reminder.
But the problem with a mood tracker at 7pm is I’m almost always very happy at 7pm. Maybe it’s a combination of finishing the day’s lectures, tutorials, meetings and dinner time. I tried tracking my mood a few times a day as it is more varied throughout the day but it doesn’t plot a nice graph but simply takes an average of my mood for the day.
Nevertheless sometimes I am a very simplistic individual. The past 2 weeks have been a pretty good week for me. It’s mainly big smile faces around. And I am exceptionally happy over here whenever I see the sun around. Yes, I’m that simple at times.
